KIT 1	For accredited contractors only	We design the entire home, supply and support the construction of the building envelope
KIT 2	For owner-builders and contractors	We design the entire home, supply and build the building envelope, without basement
KIT 3	For owner-builders and contractors	We design the entire home, supply and build the building envelope
KIT 4	For owner-builders and contractors	We design the entire home, supply and build the building envelope and mechanical elements (partitions and base of systems)
Turnkey	For all	We design the entire home, supply and build the house leaving the finish elements that the client want’s to take care of

note: Kit 1 and 2 are offerded all around Quebec. Kit 3, 4 and Turnkey projects are offerded in Estrie, Montérégie and Montreal.

We work together with you to integrate your ideas into a winning design formula. We model your home in three dimensions, thereby ensuring a harmony of design elements that showcases your design choices.

There are three steps:

Step 1 You suggest to us images of houses you like (e.g. from magazines or web sites), or choose one of our suggestions in the DESIGNS section of our website

Step 2 You authorize us to produce a preliminary design study (with all costs credited back to you at Step 3)

Step 3 You sign a contract with us to produce the detailed design and to construct a kits or turnkey project.
